Fr. Noel “Weng” Y. Bava, S.J. is a Filipino Jesuit priest and campus minister serving as Chaplain of Ateneo de Manila Senior High School, where he accompanies students and the school community in spiritual formation, pastoral care, and Ignatian‑inspired living. In his ministry he regularly presides at liturgies, offers homilies grounded in justice and compassion, and encourages young people to live out their faith in everyday life, urging them to be a light to others through forgiveness, service, and solidarity with the marginalized. He is also a film enthusiast and critic.
