Fr. Francis D. Alvarez, S.J., S.T.L., Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Biblical Theology and Religious Education at the Loyola School of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University, where he teaches courses on the Synoptic Gospels, Psalms, ecology from a biblical perspective, and methods in religious education. His academic interests include Scripture and religious education, grounded in rigorous theological scholarship and pedagogical reflection.
