The committee helps the Student Council decide and make a stand on various issues; establishes communications and relations with other seminaries and religious houses, parishes, theological schools and different units and departments of the Ateneo de Manila University for mobilization and advocacy work. It takes charge of Ecumenical affairs and Blood Letting activity and of the Social Advocacy board.
The committee also takes charge of planning, implementing, and evaluating outreach projects such as seminars and workshops, resource-sharing with different parishes and communities in need.
